Calm in the Chaos

After my last post, many of you have asked what I do in my own practice to remember how powerful I am and to 'declare' the chaos over. You're busy, ambitious, active and on the go, go, go. It can be hard to find a way out of the overwhelm. Believe me, I get it. Here's what I want you to know. There is choice in every moment...and that is the point of entry for finding calm in the chaos.

Your body is your best buddy to let you know when frustration, frenzy and fear are there. Stop! Pay attention! Breathe! Then take a moment for a clarity reading. What are you focusing on? What are your feelings associated with those things? The feeling with the most intensity is your current point of attraction! Is that area of focus and that associated feeling supporting you? If not, know that you always have choice.
